Healthy breathing provides the body with the correct amount of oxygen it needs to complete all functions as well as giving us the energy we need to live a vital and abundant life.

It could be the best investment you ever make. The Buteyko Method of breathing re-training is a health education program that includes lifestyle guidelines and breathing exercises designed to help you breathe the way you’re supposed to. This for most dramatically reduces or eliminates the symptoms associated with dysfunctional breathing.
The program is effective for a wide range of respiratory, sleep, cardiovascular, stress and dental disorders and athletes use it to improve their sport performance.
The program is taught by Susan Allen, a qualified Buteyko Institute practitioner. It consists of a one week group course where participants meet for 1.5hrs each day for four days. There is then a private follow up one week later and again six weeks later.
The breathing pattern that each of us has has been established over many years of bad habits; this intensive program has been proven countless times to reset the breathing so post course the breathing is re-calibrated to a healthy breathing pattern, and the majority of symptoms associated with poor breathing being significantly reduced or eliminated.
